Precision Quality Shaft Bars (also widely designated as Pump Shaft Quality / PSQ Bars) are manufactured to the highest international standards for rotational accuracy and concentricity. Engineered specifically for high-speed machinery, our precision shaft bars undergo multi-stage rotary straightening and high-precision centreless grinding at our Ahmedabad mill to deliver exceptional straightness and flawless surface integrity.
Every bar is manufactured out of prime certified raw material ingots, tested for internal micro-cleanliness, and 100% verified via Eddy Current and Ultrasonic testing to ensure zero vibration, reduced seal wear, and extended bearing life in high-speed rotary assemblies.

Our precision shaft bars are produced through multi-pass centreless grinding, super-finishing micro-polishing, and precision laser gauge monitoring to ensure uncompromised dimensional consistency and zero runout.
02. Supply Conditions & Grades
We manufacture precision shafts in high-tensile austenitic, martensitic, precipitation hardening, and duplex stainless steel grades complying with ASTM A276, ASTM A479, and EN 10088-3.
Austenitic PSQ Grades
AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti. Supreme anti-corrosion, non-magnetic, and exceptional longevity.
Martensitic & 17-4PH
AISI 410, 420, 431, 17-4PH (AISI 630). High tensile strength, extreme torque, and wear resistance.
Duplex & Super Duplex
UNS S31803 / 2205, S32750. High yield strength and supreme resistance to pitting in seawater.
Individual Protective Sleeving
Individual plastic sleeves, cardboard tubes, spiral HDPE wrap & wooden crates to prevent scratches.
