B M Steel Industries manufactures heavy-duty Stainless Steel Forged & Turned Round Bars engineered through state-of-the-art hydraulic open-die forging presses and heavy-duty CNC lathe turning. Ranging from 125mm up to 600mm in diameter, our forged rounds offer dense metallurgical compaction, refined grain flow, and supreme mechanical toughness.
Every forged bar undergoes full volumetric ultrasonic examination (UT Level III) and specialized thermal processing (Solution Annealing or Quenching & Tempering) to ensure complete freedom from internal voids, inclusions, and hydrogen flaking under severe industrial duty.

Austenitic Heavy Forgings
AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 310S. Solution annealed for extreme corrosion resistance and cryogenic toughness.
Precipitation Hardening & Martensitic
17-4PH (AISI 630), AISI 410, 420, 431. Quenched & tempered for extreme yield strength and impact resistance.
Duplex & Super Duplex (F51 / F53)
UNS S31803 / S32205, S32750. High yield strength and pitting resistance (PREN ≥ 42) for subsea equipment.
